Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of Synra, a reminder app published by Lilium Eden. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
What Synra does
Synra announces the things you ask it to announce. You create a notification, give it a time and a repeat rule, and the app delivers it on your device. Synra is free to use. No account, sign-up, or payment is required.
Notifications and device permissions
Delivery depends on your device. Notification permissions, volume and silent settings, Do Not Disturb and focus modes, battery savers, and the operating system scheduling alarms in its own way all affect whether and when a notification appears. Synra works within those limits and cannot guarantee that a particular notification arrives at the exact moment you set.
Your responsibility
You use Synra at your own responsibility, and you bear responsibility for what you do with it and for the results. Do not rely on Synra alone where a missed reminder would cause harm — medication, medical appointments, legal deadlines and the like. Keep a second, independent reminder for those.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use Synra to break the law, to harass or threaten anyone, or to infringe the rights of others. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app, and do not interfere with its normal operation or with other people’s devices.
Intellectual property
Synra — its name, its design, and the sounds and artwork that ship with it — belongs to Lilium Eden. What you create stays yours: your notification text, the sounds you import, the templates you build. Please make sure you hold the rights to anything you import.
Disclaimer of warranties
Synra is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lilium Eden is not liable for any damage arising from use of the app, or from a notification that was delayed, missed, or delivered unexpectedly.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and continuing to use the app means you accept the revision. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. For questions, use the contact links at the bottom of this page.
